Work principles:

  • An emergency plan with procedures that ensure the continuity of the work process in the case of an accident. Risks of a break-down in technology, telecommunications or information links, or equipment in the premises of Sofica Group are included.
  • Securing the electrical supply through UPS of MGE that supply the servers and computers during electricity cuts.
  • The security of voice and information chains is ensured by the equipment of Cisco and the key elements of the system are double and parallel.
  • The size and parameters of the server premises fully correspond to the technical requirements of equipment suppliers. The air-conditioning is double in order to provide an adequate temperature of the air.
  • The protection of data in Sofica Group is of exceptional importance and thus is an object of strict rules and procedures, which aim to adequately protect the data that our customers submit us.
  • In order to guarantee the operative security, the work places of the operators are under strict limitations such as no access to Internet, CD, DVD, diskette or USB. All employees sign an agreement for confidentiality and IT rules with strict sanctions in case of a breach.
  • The recording of voice and data in Sofica Group is done in accordance with all legal requirements.
  • The Law for protection of the personal data follows the postulations of the European directive for protection of the information. According to the Law for protection of the personal data the use of personal data by a third side without the explicit permission of the possessor is forbidden.
