Sofica Group initiated the implementation of the SAP ECC 6.00 ERP system with emphasis on SAP Human Capital Management. The project will provide a complete ERP solution to support and accommodate Sofica Group growth.

The SAP ERP system will ensure Sofica Group the storage and comprehensiveness of information, required for making management executive decisions, optimization and automation of business processes, effective management and control of the recruitment and personnel management processes, improvement of matrix and indicators for reporting of operational activities and financial analysis.
