When did your professional life with Sofica start?
I started with Sofica in June 2008 as part of the first wave of recruits to staff a newly formed team within our partnership with HP, one of our key clients.
How did Sofica win you over?
Honesty, transparency and adherence to prior commitments were some of s the first things that appealed to me. In the course of my experience it turned out that this was not a random thing but a company philosophy.
How did your career with the company develop so far?
Since joining the company in June 2008, apart from the 2 teambuilding trips and the 4 company parties that were a lot of fun, I had the opportunity to apply for the position of Service Delivery Manager for the HP project. Fortunately after the selection process I was the chosen candidate.
Which is your biggest success in Sofica so far?
I would say that my greatest success in the company is taking the role of SDM as of this September 2009, which in turn I hope to spillover as a success for the whole company.
Which is the most valuable thing you have learned?
I find extremely valuable the fact that I am surrounded by great professionals, that are excellent role models and people you can learn a lot from.
In your opinion what makes Sofica a good work place?
Apart from everything I have mentioned above, Sofica is a strong company on the Bulgarian contact center and BPO market, which makes it a place with a lot of opportunities for professional growth.
