As an HR Specialist I rarely think that I am an employee, too. And also I rarely reflect to what we've accomplished together and the place we make Sofica every single day.
The freedom to be creative, the freedom to implement your ideas, the freedom to improvise, the freedom to learn, freedom…that’s why Sofica is my place!
My Sofica in verbs: I fall down, but I get up, I love but I can hate (if I want to), I am in a hurry, I know or... I don't know, I am happy...I am angry, I am moving, I want to come but it is hard to leave, I can and I can more :)
